E-mail is our primary
form of communication with you. Please use a valid email address when ordering.
Understand that we are not a national chain store, able to pull items
off of shelves and ship right away. Our items are custom
embroidered, and items are hand crafted - it takes time.

Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Domestic
shipping is a
flat-rate of $6.00. International customers may be charged an
additional $10 once order has been placed.
Because all of our items are handcrafted, please expect most items to
be
shipped within 5-10 business days after your order is
placed. Please feel free to email us if you need
your item by a certain date. We do our best to accomodate
everyone, and get your items out to you as soon as possible.
After completion of your item, overnight shipping is available. A
shipping quote will be emailed to you.
Free shipping
on orders over $100. Free shipping does not include
overnight shipping or international orders.
International
shipping: We will ship internationally. You will be
charged an additional $10. Free shipping does NOT apply to
international orders, despite what the total invoice comes to.

Personalizations: Stitched For Kids will personalize your
toddlers items with the name or saying
of your choice. Stitched For Kids recognizes it is the
customers
choice as to what will be embroidered on items, however we reserve the
right to refuse requested personalization.

Return Policy:
Personalized items are not
refundable. If we have made a spelling error
on your personalized item, we will accept the item for return and
correct our error. We must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt
of the item.
Items that are not personalized are refundable up to 7 days after
receipt.
Check your sizes! We have no use for your item once it is
personalized.

We
gladly take customized orders. If there is a specific fabric or
embroidery design you would like, please email us and we will work with
you to find what you are looking for. Please be aware that
additional costs may be involved.
